More faces... from some old WIRED magazine covers..
1. Uma Thurman, WIRED (Dec, 2003), the mouth looks so odd....
2. Craig Venter, WIRED (Aug, 2004), don't really look like him...
3. Same as 2, but draw with the non-dominant hand... wow..shaky lines!!
4. from a page in the Aug 2004 issue... quite fun to draw these...
hmm... none of these are what i like......

faces

I'm terrible at drawing faces and figures, especially when I have to draw it from my imagination (without photo reference). It is getting frustrated when there's an image in my mind but I couldn't draw it the way I want... so I've decided to practice drawing faces... the top two are ref. to others drawings, the bottom two are from my 'imagination'.. but it's nothing like what I wanted... arrgh.

Ayumi: colors

I was trying to color the "Ayumi" drawing (which doesn't quite look like her) in photoshop... the top left one was closest to what I had in mind at first... to color the flower and her eyes, but I ended up liking the top right one better.... I think it'd look good on a tee or something :P

Faces

I saw a picture of Ayumi accidentally while surfing and decided to draw her because of the eye.. but it turned out like another person...and I messed up her fingers here... and don't know why but I kept thinking of Michael Jackson when I saw her nose -__-..

And I'm not going to say who I was trying to draw in this second picture... it doesn't look like her at all!!! It looks pretty scary here......
